Getting the Christmas Spirit

It’s been pouring rain here, and I’ve spent the last couple of days cleaning toilets and scrubbing grout lines with a toothbrush to get our empty apartment ready for its next tenants, but I’m still in a Christmas mood. Why? Because nothing raises the yuletide cheer like getting this festive calendar from our local sewer agency.

And the fun doesn’t stop with the shovel of dirt on the cover. Inside, there are stunning photos of test tubes of sewer water being processed, racks of solar panels, and an aerial view of the sewage treatment plant. Thanks, West County Wastewater District! This was the best thing I got in the mail all week.
