OK in the past week I have seen both a vanity plate and a license plate frame that are worth mentioning. Maybe. You can be the judge, Christine.
The vanity plate said “GREESY”
The license plate frame said [above the plate] I HAVE [below the plate] ISSUES. (the license plate itself was just normal)
I like how this frame serves as a warning. I wonder if the owner bought it for themselves as a public service announcement or if it was a gift?

I love “Greesy!” And you have to appreciate the candor of “I have Issues.” That gives you a real chance to check out their driving before getting too close.
